Help Desk students are responsible for maintaining their own personal blogs which contain their weekly reflections on the technology problems they are solving, the research they are conducting to contribute to the Help Desk blog, tech article & TED Talk analysis, and their progress towards achieving the learning goals of their Individual Learning Endeavors.
