Refreshing a wi-fi network on the iPad

By: Hannah Lienhard

When your iPad won’t respond to a Wi-Fi network, odds are, it’s as simple as forgetting the network, and reconnecting. This is a simple process that you can do anytime when dealing directly with a connection problem.

Step One:

Open the ‘Settings’ application.

Step Two:
On the left side of the settings page, select the ‘Wi-Fi’ section of the settings bar.

Step Three:
Touch the small blue arrow depicted below to be taken to the next page.

Step Four:
Press the large ‘Forget this Network’ bar at the top of the page.

Step Five:
Simply reselect you desired wifi network and re enter your password to continue.

* Please Note –

Though this works most of the time, sometimes your connection can not be fixed in this way. If that is the case, feel free to stop by the help desk to get any and all problems you have sorted out.
