How to Insert a table into a google document
Step One:
Mouse over to the top bar and click the table button.
Step Two:
Mouse over the insert table option in the drop down bar.
Step Three:
Select table dimensions by mousing over desired boxes.

Any and all adjustments to the table can be done in the table properties section of drop down menu also located under the table button.
Do note: your table must first be selected to make changes
