What is Help Desk Live? A live Google broadcast about a different topic every week on Friday. What happens to the broadcast afterwards? It’s uploaded to the Help Desk YouTube channel for your viewing pleasure. Each week, we’ll feature a different guest and different hosts from the Help Desk for our global audience. For our debut episode, the show’s topic will be the Help Desk Individual Learning Endeavor. This project was modeled after Google’s 20% time and allowed Help Desk students to pursue their own passions. My colleague, Amit Patel, and I will be presenting our own topic and our own journey to its completion. We have enabled the Q & A feature in Hangouts On Air for this first episode and will be fielding questions during the live broadcast.
