Guest Speakers

On Monday, Dec. 4, during 2nd period, we will have special speaker Robin Schmucker who will talk about Artificial Intelligence. He is Gati Aher’s (BHS ’19) mentor in the AI Ph.D. program at Carnegie Mellon. We will be recording but not live-streaming Robin’s talk, so if you can’t attend, a file will be provided later for you to view his talk.

NOTE: THERE IS A CHANCE THE WEDNESDAY SPEAKER WILL BE CANCELED. On Wednesday, Dec. 6, during Flex in the science auditorium, we will have a special speaker Harris Williams, a former BC Football Captain and now CS Teacher at Bunker Hill. His talk is hosted by the Black Students Association. All students are welcome to join. He will talk about his life lesson “You win or you learn”. He will share what happened when he created a playbook for the team with AI, and Gameday Footage at ESPN promoted it to their large audience.
